Big news: a new research publication from the group!
We have summarised for the community our –good practices– for execution and data analysis of structural proteomics data. In our manuscript, now published on Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, we have focused on our efforts to optimize quantification approaches for LiP-MS data, helping researchers select the most suitable methods to achieve accurate and reproducible results. Our findings provide a detailed evaluation of their features and performance, guiding researchers in selecting the best tools for their structural proteomics workflows. We emphasised on the latest advancements and their implications for drug-target identification. Our work offers fresh perspectives on how LiP-MS can be leveraged to accelerate the drug discovery process.
Stay tuned to see how we continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in structural proteomics… and beyond.
